The prize includes:

To enter the giveaway:

  1. Post a picture of the Golden Key ticket to your public Instagram account. The picture should be made at the hotel your staying at (i.e in the hotel room, SPA, or pool).
  2. Add a hashtag #goldenkeytomeresuuspa
  3. You are all done!

The campaign is live 01.03-31.03.2023. The winner will be announced on Meresuu SPA & Hotels Instagram account on 04.04.2023.

Campaign conditions:

  1. In the period from 01.03.2023 to 31.03.2023, an all-Estonian consumer game (hereinafter Campaign) organized by SPA TOURS OÜ, registration code 11693733 (address: Aia 48a, Narva-Jõesuu 29023, Ida-Virumaa, Estonia) (hereinafter Organizer).
  2. The procedure for conducting the campaign is established by the Organizer in these rules. All decisions of the Organizer during the Campaign are final and binding on all Campaign participants.
  3. To participate in the campaign, you must post a picture or video of the Golden Key ticket on your personal Instagram account and mention #goldenkeytomeresuuspa 01.03-31.03.2023. The post must be posted on a public profile and the post must be public until 04/05/2023. The content of the post must be made in the hotel. I.e taking a picture of the ticket in the hotel room, in front of the bed.
  4. All Campaign participants who have fulfilled the condition specified in point 3 will participate in a raffle, the main prize of which is a spa vacation for two at Meresuu SPA & Hotel for one night. The holiday can be redeemed on arrival Mon-Fri and the prize cannot be redeemed on public holidays and school holidays.
  5. All customers staying at the hotel in the period 01-31.03.2023 who are of legal age can participate in the campaign.
  6. You can participate in the campaign 1 time.
  7. By participating in the campaign, the participant grants the campaign organizers the right to disclose the participant’s name, collect, process and use the participant’s personal data for the purposes of conducting the campaign (determining the winner and awarding the prize). Please read our privacy policy for more information on how your personal data is processed and what your rights are.
  8. The prize cannot be compensated in money or replaced by other prizes.
  9. The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
  10. Prizes will be drawn among all campaign participants after the end of the campaign on 04.04.2023.
  11. The campaign prize will be issued in accordance with the instructions given by the Organizer, which will be agreed personally with the winner.
  12. Prizes will not be issued after 30.04.2023.
  13. State taxes related to the transfer of the prize to the winner shall be paid by the Organizer in accordance with the procedure stipulated in the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
  14. In the event of force majeure, the organizer has the unilateral right to cancel the Campaign and not draw the prize and/or not hand over the prize to the winner, immediately informing the Campaign participants via the campaign page.
  15. Winning the campaign prize is excluded for persons involved in the organization of the campaign.
